Cement Based Waterproofing

This cement based waterproof coating is available in a two component polymer modified cementitious coating called weber dry 110 FX. which is a Powder made of cements, fillers and admixtures and a Liquid based on resins and additives. It offers cement sheet waterproofing for extra protection. This water based polyurethane waterproofing membrane products cures to form an elastomeric, waterproof, flexible and resistant membrane, suitable for use in potable water tanks, reservoirs, canals and tunnels. The waterproofing for cement sheet material can be applied on cement based substrates like concrete, cement plaster, masonry and gypsum board substrates that have been designed to accommodate good crack bridging qualities even after long term water immersion. Weber dry 110 FX must be used on damp cement based substrates for high quality cement waterproofing. The adhesion and sealing qualities of weber dry 110 FX are outstanding. PU Joint Sealan
Dani Trading supplies quality pu waterproofing membrane and construction PU joint sealants. It is a single component polyurethane sealant weber joint seal. PU based waterproofing is a reliable low modulus polyurethane based elastomeric sealant, allowing a high degree of elongation. The PU coating waterproof cures under the effect of atmospheric humidity to form a flexible and resistant joint with very good adhesion on most materials.
After stretching, it recovers its performances and its resistance to climatic ageing, rain, snow, salt haze, ozone, ultra violet rays and atmospheric corrosion. It can be later painted after full curing: a preliminary test is recommended.
The weber jointseal PU sealant conforms to the requirements of ASTM C 920, “Standard Specification for Elastomeric Joint Sealants”, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT and M. weber jointseal PU doesn't stain the marble or granite stone (tests according to Standard ASTM C 1248-93).
